Audio and Translation Data

LoomyLingo Live is built for real-time, ephemeral translation. Audio you speak into the app is streamed to OpenAI's gpt-realtime-translate model for the duration of your session and is not recorded or stored on our servers. Translated audio output is played back live and discarded when the session ends. We do not retain transcripts, recordings, or voiceprints of your conversations.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate LoomyLingo Live:

• Clerk for user authentication
• Stripe for payment processing
• OpenAI for real-time speech-to-speech translation (gpt-realtime-translate) and language detection (whisper-1)
• Airtable for customer and signup records

Data Retention

We retain account information (email, credit balance, transaction history) for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the address in the Legal Notice.

Your Rights
